Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, has long been active in the field of generator insulation components, specialising in the research, development and production of moulded structural components for rotor and stator insulation. The company has mastered a wide range of composite material moulding processes and is able to provide professional support to numerous generator manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
Its product range includes stator end insulation components such as stator conical rings, support rings, insulation fasteners and resin-impregnated binding cord; stator winding insulation components such as stator slot wedges and under-wedge spacers; and rotor insulation components such as rotor slot insulation, peelable inter-turn spacers and rotor spacers. The company also supplies related components such as temperature measurement connection devices. This product range is compatible with 300MW, 600MW and 1000MW class thermal and nuclear power generation units. Multiple batches of products have been deployed in various project sites and, thanks to their stable and reliable quality, have gained widespread recognition from our clients.

Development
· In 1985, the company was established.
· In 1987, we manufactured the first 300MW stator slot wedge of generator in accordance with US Westinghouse Electric Corp standards for SH Motor factory.
· In 1990, We became a qualified supplier for Harbin motor factory and provided it with 300MW generator stator slot wedge.
· In 1993, we became a qualified supplier for East Motor Factory and provide it with insulation and molding slot wedges.
· In 2000. We became a qualified supplier for Beijing Heavy Machinery Factory and provided it with 300MW of rotor and stator insulation structural parts of generator.
