In August 2017, the internal training - adhesive job skills training - jointly led by the company's Human Resources and Administration Department and Manufacturing Center was successfully organized and implemented at the production site of Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. This is the third position since the company's job skills training, and it is also the beginning of this year's job skills training.
Based on the previous training needs survey, this training will gradually popularize the basic knowledge and skills of frontline employees in the manufacturing center/material workshop/gluing position according to the job skill assessment plan. This mainly includes: equipment configuration, equipment usage specifications, equipment inspection standards, equipment maintenance standards, tool configuration, requirements for the on-site storage of raw materials input into the production process, wearing standards for labor protection equipment in the process, hazard identification, job operation instructions, quality standards and inspection standards for finished or semi-finished products in the process, on-site management regulations, 6S management regulations, signage management, fixed placement management Basic skills such as emergency response plans, popularization of fire safety knowledge, and how to use fire equipment correctly.
In this training, frontline production employees participated in the training and learning, and practiced through three methods: theoretical guidance, centralized learning, and independent practice, continuously improving the theoretical knowledge level of the majority of frontline production employees, and participating in the distribution of skills among frontline production employees, truly achieving the goal of linking employees' economic interests and skill levels.
On the one hand, the basic job integration and personnel optimization have been preliminarily achieved. Clarified the work techniques, content, and responsibilities of each position and process, indirectly improved and improved the competition mechanism, improved and optimized the department personnel structure, and directly connected responsibilities to performance. Performance indicators were decomposed into teams and processes layer by layer. We have done a good job in achieving the unity of responsibilities, rights, and interests for each employee, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of all frontline employees, and continuously enhancing the vitality of enterprise development. Create a development platform, stimulate employees' vitality, explore their potential, and urge them to contribute to the development of the enterprise to the best of their abilities. Ensure that the technical, ability, level, quality, experience, etc. of the personnel in the position can adapt to the requirements of the job. To meet and fulfill the job tasks assigned to different categories and levels of job responsibilities, a job competition mechanism must be established simultaneously. By increasing the training opportunities for frontline production employees, continuously improving their practical operational skills, and combining with exam and evaluation results, strengthening the dynamic management of job salaries, implementing regular assessments, competitive employment, and salary based on job positions, establishing a standardized mechanism that combines training, assessment, use, and treatment, in order to promote clear process standards and improve the level of business skills for frontline production employees.
On the other hand, actively carry out skill training for frontline production employees. The improvement of the quality and mastery of technology of frontline employees are the capital for their employment and income realization. For frontline employees, education and training are undoubtedly a special benefit of the enterprise, and in a sense, they are a great benefit. The Human Resources and Administration Department of the company and the Manufacturing Center jointly lead the implementation of skills training for all employees, with the content mainly focused on job skills and the form mainly focused on internal training. During the training process, an interactive approach combining teaching and discussion is adopted to analyze and answer specific questions, which not only helps employees solve their confusion, but also allows them to deeply remember more relevant knowledge in their hearts. In the training, directors, supervisors, production leaders, and technical personnel with rich theoretical and practical work experience were organized to give lectures on the knowledge that current employees urgently need to master. The skills and precautions in daily work were vividly explained with vivid examples, and the training content was compiled into a book, which is more conducive to employees absorbing the training content.
By imparting skills to technical personnel with rich practical experience, it greatly shortens the time for other employees to accumulate direct experience, allowing employees who lack direct practical experience to quickly transform their previously empty theoretical knowledge into productivity in a relatively short period of time, achieving an effective combination of theory and practice.
