——Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. organizes outdoor expansion training for employees on Chongming Island

In order to improve team collaboration ability and enhance team cohesion, on November 10th and 11th, 2017, a total of 49 employees from Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. with a supervisor level or above and a bachelor's degree or above went to Dongping National Forest Park on Chongming Island in Shanghai to participate in outdoor expansion training. The same piece of iron can be sawn and melted, or refined into steel; The same team can be mediocre or achieve great success. Through this outdoor expansion activity, the employees of Dongtai Electric, a big family, have surpassed themselves and refined their team, gaining a deeper understanding of 'we are a family'.

The purpose of this event is to hone employees' perseverance, improve their psychological quality, enhance their courage to overcome difficulties, tap into their own potential, enhance team cohesion and overall centripetal force, cultivate employees' overall awareness, collective responsibility, and team spirit, fully understand the importance of mutual trust, unity, and cooperation, and enable employees to face work and life challenges with confidence and a more optimistic attitude.

During the expansion training process, the first step was to break the ice. The training coach provided a staff introduction, team grouping, and simple warm-up activities. Through a series of joyful activities, create a team atmosphere and establish a foundation of mutual trust. Introduce the course subject through ice breaking. The entire team was divided into three groups and competed in eight game activities: Wheel Rolling, Crossing the Line of Fire, Double Decoding, Breathing Power, Graduation Wall, Team War Drum, Post Station Transmission, and Raccoon Circle. The strength of the three groups is equal, each with its own strengths, but we are not comparing the high and low, but rather what you have gained and gained in the process.

The graduation wall has left unforgettable memories for everyone. In this activity, I fully felt that what one person cannot do, a team can, and this is the power of a team! Almost everyone is stepping on their colleagues' thighs and shoulders, using their strength to overcome challenges. The four meter high graduation wall has made everyone deeply understand what "trust" is. A person's success is not their credit, but rather their numerous, gritted teeth, and unknown comrades, willing to be the cornerstone, willing to provide you with the trust to step on. Individual success is built on the joint efforts and support of other team members.
