In June and July of the second quarter of 2017, led by the company's enterprise management department, the internal training course for external lecturers - machining center job skills training - was successfully carried out at the internal training venue of Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. This is the company's first large-scale training in the second quarter of this year.
This training is based on the previous training demand survey, mainly aimed at popularizing basic knowledge and skills among frontline employees in material workshops, processing workshops, and process production. For example: geometric drawing, mold processing, basic calculation formulas (area, volume, length, width, height), commonly used measurement units and their conversions, tool grinding, clamping skills, machining skills, basic knowledge of fitters (marking, drilling, tapping, assembly, repair), clamping principles, how to eliminate positional errors, and basic skills to prevent clamping errors.
The main purpose of this training is to solidly consolidate the theoretical foundation knowledge of frontline employees, so that employees can find standardized guidance ideas for the operational techniques they are currently using in practice and seek sources of knowledge. The purpose is to know what it is, but more importantly, to understand why it is.
