——Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. organizes outdoor outreach training for employees on Chongming Island

In order to improve teamwork ability and enhance team cohesion, on November 10th and 11th, 2017, Nantong Dongtai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. supervisor and above and undergraduate employees (49 in total) went to Shanghai Chongming Island Dongping National Forest Park to participate in the outdoor Expand training. The same piece of iron can be sawed and melted, or it can be made into steel; the same team can do nothing, and it can also make great achievements. Through this outdoor development activity, the employees of the big family of Dongtai Electric have surpassed themselves, melted the team, and have a deeper understanding of "we are a family".

The purpose of this activity is to hone employees’ perseverance, improve their psychological quality, enhance their courage to overcome difficulties, tap their own potential, enhance their team cohesion and overall centripetal force, and cultivate their overall awareness, collective responsibility, and team spirit. Make everyone fully aware of the importance of mutual trust, unity and cooperation, and let employees face the challenges of work and life with confidence and more sensibility.

In the process of outreach training, the first is to break the ice. The training coach conducted staff briefings, team groupings, and simple warm-up activities. Through a series of cheerful activities, create a team atmosphere and build a foundation of mutual trust. Introduce the main body of the course through ice breaking. The whole team was divided into three groups and competed on eight game activities including rolling wheels, crossing the line of fire, double decoding, breathing power, graduation wall, team drums, post station book, and raccoon circle. The strengths of the three groups are comparable and each has its own merits, but what we compare is not the level, but what you have gained and what you have learned in the process.

"Graduation Wall" left unforgettable memories for everyone. In this activity, I fully felt: what a person cannot do, a team can. This is the power of the team! Almost everyone is stepping on the thighs and shoulders of colleagues and using their power to pass challenge. The four-meter-high graduation wall gave everyone a deep understanding of what “trust” is. A person’s success is not a person’s contribution, but a lot of comrades who have gritted their teeth and are unknown. They are willing to be the cornerstone and are willing to give you the trust that your shoulders can step on. Personal success is based on the joint efforts and support of other members of the team.

Through this outreach training, each team saw the strengths and weaknesses of the team, and at the same time felt the importance of communication, collaboration, and trust, which laid a good foundation for future work. Colleagues learned through practice, and changed through experience learning. They benefited a lot and gained more life insights.

After experiencing the joy of success brought by dedication, collaboration, trust, and courage, everyone deeply feels the essence of "communication, collaboration, trust" and the responsibilities that must be assumed as a member of the team. At the same time, under stressful work and pressure, getting close to nature, feeling the green mountains and green waters, letting go of the soul, is more able to mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of work, and improve work efficiency.
